As a client, you probably don’t think much about the software your pet sitter uses. You may not even know that pet sitting software exists! There are a variety of scheduling and client/pet management systems out there, and the right one can make the pet sitting experience a more positive and seamless one for everyone.
Bean’s Best Care uses a software called Time To Pet. This software not only allows me to send pet parents a report card with visit information such as whether your pet pottied, ate breakfast, and got their medications, but I can also send you adorable pictures and videos! Time To Pet also allows pet parents to send messages directly to me and to update any information about their pet and their care in real time.
Time To Pet works hard to make the pet sitting experience a positive one for everyone. Through the Time To Pet app, you can easily request visits and stays, selecting the exact dates, times, and services that you need. You can provide your vet and emergency contact information, key and alarm codes, and special notes about behavior and other needs. You can even view your invoices and make payments directly through the client portal!
Another thing I love about Time To Pet is the fact that pet parents get notified when I both start and end my visit and can see the exact times I arrived and left. The report card also includes a GPS location to show that I was there and if your pet went for a walk.
Time To Pet cares a lot about providing a quality experience. They have top-notch customer service reps located in the same areas as pet sitters, and try to match support team members with someone in their local community. They also take pet sitter feedback seriously and are constantly working to improve the platform and add features that support both pet sitters and their clients. They haven’t thought of everything, but they know we will and are happy to listen to our ideas!
